1. Lahinch Coast Hotel and Suites

The Coast Hotel and Suites is one of the most popular of the many Lahinch hotels and you’ll find it located just back from Lahinch Beach on the main street in town.

They offer a range of gorgeously decorated double and deluxe rooms, some offering views across the coastline. Each room includes satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities and a spacious ensuite. 

There’s plenty of amenities at this hotel as well, including a fitness centre, pool, sauna and spa bath for complete relaxation. This is one of the only hotels in Lahinch with a pool!

2. Shamrock Inn Hotel

For more traditional Lahinch accommodation, this 3-star, family-run inn is located right on the main street of Lahinch.

Set just a block back from the beach, you can easily head out for a surf as early or late as you like. They have comfortable rooms all offering ensuites, TV and an all-inclusive full Irish breakfast for guests. 

If you’re after a good feed, the cosy restaurant downstairs is the perfect place to have a meal and a drink at the oak-panelled bar.

3. Lehinch Lodge

Simple yet classy, sums up our next Lahinch accommodation pretty well. Located just down from the main street, this family-run, 3-star guesthouse is a 5-minute walk from the beach.

The classic single and double rooms are spacious and all offer ensuites, tea and coffee making facilities and free Wi-Fi. There’s also plenty of free parking onsite as well. 

While it doesn’t feature a restaurant, it’s just a couple of hundred metres walk away from the main street where you have plenty of good options to choose from.

4. Wild Atlantic Lodge Rooms

For beachfront views, this holiday lodge is one of the best options just outside of town. It’s located towards the southern end of the beach, just over a kilometre from the main street of Lahinch.

The lodge offers four rooms with doubles up to family options for larger groups available. Each room has an ensuite bathroom, free Wi-Fi and flat screen TV.

There’s also a shared lounge and garden for all guests to enjoy. You can gaze over towards the beach from your room making it the perfect relaxing escape.

One of the more traditional hotels in Lahinch, the Atlantic is a popular option on the main street. It’s just a couple of minutes to walk to the beach and close to all the best restaurants in Lahinch.

The comfortable rooms all have ensuite facilities and include a full Irish breakfast to start your day off well. The restaurant onsite is a popular place to head for traditional Irish cuisine, including freshly caught seafood.

3. Vaughan Lodge (one of the only boutique hotels in Lahinch)

This boutique 4-star hotel has exceptional reviews. Family-run for four generations, Vaughan Lodge is located away from the bustling main street on Ennistymon Road in Lahinch.

They offer a range of spacious rooms including deluxe, classic and studio options. You’ll also find a fine-dining restaurant on site.

They serve a complimentary Irish breakfast for guests each morning, as well as feature an elegant seafood dining experience by night. Or you can always enjoy a drink in the cocktail lounge bar with a cosy fireplace.

4. Slaney House B&B

This cosy B&B is the perfect retreat for a more relaxing stay away from the bustle of the town centre. It’s just tucked up a side street off School Road, but is a very short walk to the beach if you want to head out for an early morning surf.

The house offers comfortable double rooms along with a complimentary breakfast each morning. There is also a lovely garden and shared lounge and terrace to relax when you’re not at the beach.

5. Coach House Lodge

Last but by no means least in our guide to the best places to stay in Lahinch is the Coach House – a popular B&B at the southern end of the bay.

It’s the perfect place to kick back and look out over the surf break, with all of the rooms offering sea views. On top of that, they each have tea and coffee making facilities, a flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi.

The house is a 200-year-old renovated farmhouse and is decorated with a rustic and cosy touch. There’s also a shared BBQ available for guests to use, if you want to cook up a storm with views back towards the ocean.
