1. Trim Castle Hotel

Trim Castle Hotel is one of the more luxurious hotels in Trim, and you’ll find it on Castle Street, a stone’s throw (literally! from the ancient Trim Castle.
Trim Castle Hotel has 68 bedrooms, each of which is decorated with a fresh and modern design. Some rooms even boast high windows offering a view of Trim Castle.
For food and drink, there’s the Barista Cafe, Jules Restaurant and the popular Bailey Bar. Its central location also means that the hotel is a short stroll from countless restaurants and pubs, too.
2. The Old Rectory Trim

The Old Rectory is a B&B that could go toe-to-toe with the best hotels in Trim, in my opinion! This is a 250-year-old house that’s wonderfully decorated with lavish furniture in a quirky vintage style.
You’ll find it on Loman’s Street, a short 8-minute ramble away from the castle and many of the best things to do in Trim. There’s two types of accommodation on offer here: the Deluxe King Size Room and the Family Room.
A fully equipped shared kitchen is available for all guests to use and the B&B is dog-friendly, too (just make sure to let them know in advance).
3. Knightsbrook Hotel & Golf Resort

Knightsbrook is one of the most popular Trim hotels for good reason, even though it is around a 30-minute walk from the centre of the town.
The hotel boasts a spa, a golf resort, a 17-meter swimming pool, a sauna, a Jacuzzi and a steam room. Basically everything you need to treat yourself after a long day of exploring!
There’s five different types of rooms to choose from along with heaps of places to eat and drink, like Rococo Restaurant, the Terrace Lounge, Swifts Bar, Gulliver’s Club House and the Rooftop Terrace.
If you’re looking for hotels in Trim that’ll suit a family getaway, you’ll find everything you need at Knightsbrook Hotel.
4. Caravogue House

Caravogue House is an absolute beaut, and it’s the perfect home-from-home for those of you looking to make Trim your base while exploring the various things to do in Meath.
This cosy bed and breakfast is located in the north of Trim, around a 12-minute walk from Trim Castle. Decorated with bright colours, Caravogue House offers five different types of rooms: single rooms, double rooms, triple rooms, family rooms and executive rooms.
Each room boasts a TV (with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime), hypoallergenic duvets and pillows, an ensuite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, a luxury bathrobe and slippers as well as a working desk.
In the common spaces, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a book exchange library for book lovers and a 52” Smart tv.
5. Knightsbrook Guesthouse

You’ll find Knightsbrook Guesthouse on the Dublin Road in Trim, around a 30-minute walk from the castle and a 5-minute walk from the very mighty Marcie Regans Pub.
There’s lovely, bright double rooms on offer here along with family rooms, too. There’s a garden and a shared lounge area and a full-Irish breakfast each morning of your stay.
This is another solid option if the Trim hotels don’t tickle your fancy (the fact that it’s within walking distance of Marcie’s is the icing on the cake!).
6. Castle Arch Hotel

The Castle Arch Hotel is another of the more central hotels in Trim, and you’ll find it a short, 10-minute stroll from the towering Trim Castle, on Summerhill Road.
This is a 3-Star deluxe hotel that has 21 en suite bedrooms, each of which has been recently refurbished. There’s 5 rooms types you can book into: A double room, king room, twin room, family room and executive room.
Each of the rooms has a shower/bath combination, air conditioning and coffee and tea facilities. Food wise, you’ve The Conservatory, The Arch Bar and the popular Arch Lounge to choose from.
7. Brogans Bar & Hotel

Brogans Bar & Hotel is another of the more popular hotels in Trim, and you’ll find it across the road from one of the best pubs in Meath – James Griffin Pub!
There’s a handful of room types on offer here, the best of which is arguably the Finbar Furey Suite. If you fancy a bite or a tipple, head on down to Brogan’s Bar where you’ll find a lively music roaster that’ll make your ears happy.
8. Highfield House Guesthouse

Highfield House Guesthouse is a gorgeous bed and breakfast in the heart of Trim, on Castle Street. The house was built in the early 1800’s and functioned as a stately maternity hospital from 1834 to 1983.
This residence has a wonderful patio and garden for you to enjoy during the warm days as well as a drawing room that boasts antique interiors. Highfield House Guesthouse has eight ensuite guest rooms all elegantly decorated.
The house overlooks Trim Castle and the River Boyne and it’s a short stroll away from many of the best pubs and restaurants in the area.
9. Knightsbrook Hotel Courtyard Accommodation

Knightsbrook Hotel also offers five newly refurbished luxury courtyard homes, for those of you in search of self-catering accommodation. These homes can host up to six people and boast three ensuite bedrooms.
Each home also includes a modern living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a luxurious bathroom. You can also access all of the comforts of Knightsbrook Hotel, such as their spa as well as their golf club!
This is a handy option if you don’t fancy staying in one of the Trim hotels, but you’d like to avail of their facilities.
