A great option just outside of town for some complete peace and quiet with your friends, you can rent this old converted school house.

It’s been carefully restored with two bedrooms that can sleep up to four people in total. It’s also self-catering with a kitchen, laundry, two bathrooms, and an outdoor patio to enjoy as well. 

You’ll find it just a 10-minute drive from the beach and 13-minute drive from the Cliffs of Moher, so you can explore more of Clare’s incredible coastline on your visit.

2. Coach House Lodge

Towards the southern end of Liscannor Bay, this popular B&B lodge is just 1km from the main street of Lahinch but looks straight over towards the surf break.

All the rooms at this place offer sea views, so you can enjoy waking up to the sound of cashing waves. You’ll also find tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi in each room as well.

This farmhouse has five bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 guests, making it perfect for large groups. The fully equipped kitchen is great for those looking to self-cater, and it even has a washing machine as well.
