Perfectly located in the centre of Westport town, Clooneen House is a popular spot and it’s not hard to see why it’s one of our favourite B&Bs in Westport.
The family-run accommodation offers a range of rooms from singles up to family rooms, each of which comes with a TV, free Wi-Fi, en suite bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities.
In the morning, you’re greeted with a full Irish breakfast in a laid-back and cosy environment. Guests also get a handy discount at both Westport Plaza Hotel and Castlecourt Hotel next door if you want to use their pool and gym.
You can easily explore the surrounding area from this guesthouse too, with Croagh Patrick just a 15-minute drive away. This is one of the best bed and breakfast Westport has to offer for a reason.

2. The Waterside B&B

Another beautiful little guesthouse on Westport Harbour is the Waterside B&B. The property has a handful of rooms available with both single and double options.
Each room has an en suite bathroom, free Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. As this is just outside of the town centre, it’s a nice and quiet retreat.
You’ll get the perfect start to your day too, with a continental breakfast on offer each morning in the shared dining room.

Located just off Castlebar Road coming into town, this family friendly B&B has beautiful views of Westport and towards Croagh Patrick.
It’s convenient for those hoping to cycle along the Great Western Greenway, with the trail just 100m from the property. Or you can walk into the town centre within 10 minutes and nip into one of the many restaurants in Westport.
The guesthouse has a variety of double and queen rooms with a range of prices to suit your budget. You can also find free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee and a great outdoor patio and a shared garden.

4. Boffin Lodge Guest House

Another of our top picks for Westport, Boffin Lodge is near the historic Quay area of town and it’s a short spin from the town centre.

If you want to be close to all the best pubs and restaurants in Westport, An File Guest House is a great option.
It’s located on the Octagon, as central to the town as you can possibly get. It also has its own restaurant and bar, so you don’t have to stroll very far for a drink and a meal.

7. Mulberry Lodge B&B
