What to expect if you haven’t been before
There’s plenty to suit everyone at the Wicklow Christmas market and it’s guaranteed to get you into the festive spirit.
If you didn’t make it here last year, here’s what to expect with some new alterations to suit the strange times that we’re in.
The market in Santa’s Village will have a variety of stalls with local artisan foods, gifts, decorations and crafts for sale.
You’ll be able to pick up all of your Christmas presents at the craft market and sample some of your favourite warming winter treats from the food stalls. There will also be the classic Christmas beverages from mulled wine to hot chocolate on offer too.
An alpaca experience and more
The Wicklow Christmas market also has a variety of other entertainment going on at the market. This year they’ll have an alpaca experience, live music, fire shows (after 4pm), puppet shows and a funfair with rides.
On top of that, there’s also a magical Santa Express experience. This year the Santa Express will be a little different with exclusive family carriages and fun family bubbles when meeting Santa
